Evps: these recordings were captured over several visits, and using several recorders.

A family with two children had experiences of being watched and hearing noises. One of the children saw a figure on the stairs.

Anomalous EMF / Temperature Readings -2 - All readings in begining were normal.
Team members present had a couple unexplained experiences.

Investigation Begins:
We were spit up into 3 teams - One watching the monitors on the 2nd floor under the attic, one team downstairs, and one team upstairs including the attic. The teams switched places during the night. The first part of the night was very calm and quiet.
Team #1 downstairs - Did not witness or hear anything out of the ordinary downstairs. When first entering the piano room and back bedroom / Old master bedroom, several investigators said they felt a heaviness. But this feeling did not last long.
Team # 2 Upstairs attic - Saw some type of twinkling lights. When reviewing the video, it was discovered that there was a large spider web which made a twinkle effect when our IR (Infrared) lights hit it. (debunked)
Team # 3 - 2nd floor - experienced nothing out of the ordinary.
Later in the night, the teams switched places.
Team #2 & #3 both downstairs - All were sitting down in the parlor / living room when the armoire began to shake as investigators were asking for some type of sign. We made sure that no one was moving their feet either downstairs or upstairs, nor any traffic or train was going by outside. A team member said, “If that was you, can you do it again.” It happened again. This indicated a possible response to the request. This happened several times, each in response to a request. At one point, the left hand door on the armoire opened. When the shaking first happened, the doors were checked, and the left door seemed to be secured with a latch. Later while still downstairs, the investigator asked for another sound and all heard a thump of some sort in a different part of the house.
Team #1 in attic and master bedroom. - One investigator said they saw a shadow of a figure move through the master bedroom. We did not catch this on camera and were not able to confirm. Besides this, all was quiet.
The third and final switch of the night.
Team #1 back down stairs. As the two teams had done previously, team #1 attempted to get a response of some sort. There was no response. No investigators heard , saw, or felt anything while downstairs. The voice team #1 had heard of someone saying, ‘hello’ was later debunked as the recorded voice of an investigator on film as they were checking video cameras. (debunked)
Team #2 & #3 both upstairs. While team #2 was in the attic, team # 3 were on the 2nd floor viewing the monitors. Team #2 heard what sounded like a giggle and called down to team #3 to see if they had heard anything. An investigator remarked that they had heard what they thought was a giggle. No investigator in any part of the house giggled.

Team # 3 goes downstairs into the back bedroom / old master bedroom to check cameras and audio. While they were in there, they were discussing a picture. (unsure which picture they were referring to.) When reviewing audio, we found another voice on the audio which did not belong to any team member present in the house. The voice is a Type A EVP - meaning very loud and clear. The voice is that of a woman. She has a very deep southern accent, and a lower pitched voice. We are 100% positive that this voice does not belong to any of the investigators. We believe it to say, “let her hold the picture” The evp is included .
Team #3 returns upstairs and joins Team #2 - Investigator ask the question, “Did this used to be your house?” A few minutes later, they hear the sound of running water coming from the bathroom on the stairway landing. No one had heard running water previously during the night. The first investigator to reach the area said the water in the sink was still dripping. The question remains unanswered as to if this was in actually a response or perhaps the toilet running.
While standing on the landing at the top of the stairs, the investigators again tried to ask for some kind of response. All members of both teams said a knocking began below there feet. They could feel it. The question remains, and we were not able to confirm, is there a possibility of pipes running in that area under the landing / stairs because of the bathroom being there at the top of the stairway landing.
:Note: We were able to confirm there are no type of pipes running under or near the stairway landing.
Investigation Ends.
We did a follow-up investigation a few weeks later.
No anomalous photos or video were captured. We did however capture several evps. We had a couple experiences while on the investigation. Team 1 heard a clear whistle in response to their questions. We were not able to debunk the sound. The audio from this is included.
While the communication with the "whistler" was occuring, we asked that the temperture in the room be dropped, and this did occur.
At one point, a team of two were upstairs in one of the bedrooms asking for communication through the K2 meter which was sitting on the floor, The lights of the meter responded to the questions.
